Content & Copyright

All podcast content, show artwork, and written materials on this website are the intellectual property of Signal & Frequency and the university. Episodes may be shared via official embed codes and platform links. Reproduction or redistribution of audio content requires written permission.

Studio Hire

Studio bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice are charged at 50% of the booking rate. The studio must be left in the condition it was found. Damage to equipment will be charged at replacement cost.

Guest Participation

Podcast guests participate voluntarily and sign a release form prior to recording. Guests may request edits to their segments before publication. Withdrawal of consent after publication will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Workshops

Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future session with at least 7 days notice. Workshop materials are provided for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
